Elton and Billy Joel have just announced another four concerts on the 2009 Face 2 Face tour.

I’m a HUGE Elton John and Billy Joel fan since I was a teen in the 70s, so I’ve had my tickets for the Seattle concert for months. With the new tickets being released soon, I thought I’d share with you how to get the very best tickets. It’s easy!  Join Elton’s Rocket Man Club and you get to purchase select seats – usually the best in the house.  When we saw him last year, our tickets were in the 38th row on the floor – I could see him spit while he sang (gross yes, but AMAZING seats). The other great thing is there are often Rocket Fan tickets when the regular seats are sold out!

If you’re a fan like me, and you’re spending a huge amount on tickets, spend $49 more and join the club so you’ll get the best tickets available. You won’t be able to use someone else’s Rocket code – the club member has to pick up the tickets at the Will-Call window at the event and you have to have picture ID.

Rocket Tickets will go on sale Friday, October 23 at the following times.

• November 22, 2009, Denver, Colorado – Pepsi Center On sale October 23 at 10 am MT / 12 pm ET
• November 25, 2009, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma – Ford Center On sale October 23 at 10 am CT / 11 am ET
• November 28, 2009, Little Rock, Arkansas – Verizon Arena On sale October 23 at 10 am CT / 11 am ET
• December 1, 2009, Kansas City, Missouri – Sprint Center On sale October 23 at 10 am CT / 11 am ET

If you’re going to the Seattle concert, look for me. I’ll be the old lady on the floor getting her groove on and not caring who sees me!  Oh, and I’ll be ready with tissues this time for when Elton sings, Goodbye Yellow Brick Road.
